PAY_KW_LP_005 - Determine Wage Types for Leave Passage in Payroll

In this Customizing activity, you use the features to specify the wage types used for carrying various leave passage relevant amount into a payroll run. KWLWT is used for regular payroll run, while KWLWO is used for off-cycle payroll run.

You need specify seven wage types in total. By sequence, the meaning of the wage types' amount is as follows:

• Number of flight tickets used by the employee

• Number of flight tickets used by the dependents

• Encashment amount of the employee's flights

• Encashment amount of the dependents' flights

• Remaining encashment quota

Note: This amount is a result from calculation; the user does not need to maintain in the infotype 0015.

• Amount of money used by the employee

• Amount of money used by the dependents

You must inform the users to use the specified wage types when they maintain the leave passage amount in the Additional Payments (0015) infotype.
