PAY_KW_LP_008 - Assign Wage Types to Absence Quotas

In this Customizing activity, you assign two technical wage types to each absence quota used for recording leave passage. One wage type is used to carry the provisioning rate during the payroll run for calculating regular provision amount. The other wage type is used to carry the ticket rate for leave passage payment.

You have defined the provisioning rate and ticket rate in the Customizing activity Define Home Airport Destination and Fares (by Tickets). Then during the payroll run, the system identifies the correct rates according to the employee's group, home airport and the status of dependents, and uses the wage types specified in this activity to carry the rates for calculation.
