PAY_MX_OC_006 - Define reasons for special settlement for intercompany payments

In this Customizing activity you determine the Reason for the special settlement (PAY_OCRSN) for intercompany payments.

The Mexican payroll program(HMXCALC0) processes the intercompany payments at the end of standard schema HR-MX: Mexican payroll schema (MX00) -> HR-MX: Net payments/deductions and transfers (MXNN), according to payroll function MXITC.

SAP delivers reason Payments to other companies(PITC) as a template.

In the standard system, the decision tree of feature [MX] Evaluate off-cycle type for intercompany payments (MXITC) indicates that reason PITC is being used.

If you created a customer specific Special settlement reason (PAY_OCRSN) for intercompany payments, you must run this activity and change feature MXITC in order to use this reason. The feature must return a “X” for the off-cycle payrolls that you want to use for these intercompany payments.
