PAY_MX_PE414 - Change minimum seniority for seniority premium

In this section of the Implementation Guide, you can enter the minimum number of years of service that your company requires before it will pay the seniority bonus.

The standard SAP R/3 system uses a minimum of 15 years of service with the company for payment of the seniority bonus.

If you want to use a value other than the one proposed by the standard system:

1. Enter the value corresponding to the minimum number of years of service that your company uses to calculate the seniority bonus.
2. Save your entries.
