To calculate provisions, it is necessary to determine what type of salary will be used as basis.
You can control this with the different values of the first parametre of function MXPRV payroll subscheme MXPV.

The standard system uses the daily wage to calculate provisions.

If you want to use the daily wage to calculate provisions, do not carry out any activity.

If you do not want to use the daily wage to calculate provisions:

  1. Check if you have copied the payroll scheme MX00.
    1. If you have copied the payroll scheme MX00, use your copy for the steps described below.
    2. If you have yet not copied the payroll scheme MX00, copy it to a personal scheme taking into account the range of customer name (for example ZX00).
  2. Copy the payroll subscheme MXPV to a personal subscheme taking into account the range of customer names (for example ZXPV).
  3. Change the subscheme copy MXPV as follows:
    1. If you want to use the integrated daily wage without base for the calculation of provisions, indicate 1 in column Par1 of the line Calculation of provisions.
    2. If you want to use the daily wage contribution base with base for calculation of provisions, indicate X in column Par1 of the line Calculation of provisions.
  4. Save these changes.
  5. Insert this new changed subscheme (ZXPV) to the new payroll scheme (ZX00).
  6. Save your entries.

It is important to take into account that the changes above are used for all provisions. That is to say, the value used in parametre 1 of function MXPRV (or its copy) is applied to the calculation of all provisions.

For additional information, see documentation of function Calculation of provisions.
