In this Customizing activity, you define how report Termination Mexico(transaction PC00_M32_TRM0) determines the tax exemption on the seniority bonus when the employee worked less than 180 days in the company.

Run this Customizing activity and define the value of the EXANT configuration setting in view V_T5F99K2 according to the needs of your company. The possible values are the following:

• 0 (applicable to employees how have worked less than 180 days in the company): This is the standard behavior in the system. The exemption will be calculated proportionally to the employee's days worked when he has worked less than 180 days in the company. That's is, the system calculates wage type Seniority bonus tax ex.(/425) proportionally to the amount of days worked by the employee.

• 1 (not applicable to employees how have worked less than 180 days in the company): The system will check if the employee has worked less than 180 days, and if he has, the exemption will not be generated.
