Within the frame of the payments to be made due to a work relationship termination, it may be that the employer decides to give the employee some additional payments.
These additional payments must be recorded in the "Extra payments" option in the selection screen of the HMXCTRM0 report by means of the corresponding wage types.
The HMXCTRM0 report then creates a record of the Extra payment infotype (0015) with the wage type and the date entered on the selection screen.

Check whether the model wage types of the standard system do not meet your needs.

If you wish to create your own extra payments for a work relationship termination different to those proposed by the standard system, do the following:

  1. Create your own wage types. To do so, follow the instructions in the implementation guide, in section Personnel administration -> Personnel administration -> Payroll data -> Extra payment -> Wage types -> Create wage type catalogs.
  2. You must inform the system that these wage types are permitted for entries in the Extra payment infotype (0015). To do so, follow the instructions in section Personnel administration -> Personnel administration -> Payroll data -> Extra payment -> Check permissibility of entry for extra payments.
  3. Enter your wage types in the "Extra payments" option in the selection screen of the HMXCTRM0 report.
