PAY_MX_TERM_072 - Determine minimum seniority in days

To calculate the seniority premium it is necessary to determine how many days the employee must have worked in a year in order for that year to be taken into account in the calculation of the premium.
The standard system uses a minimum quantity of 180 days of work in order for the year to be taken into account in the calculation of the seniority premium.
If you wish to use a different minimum quantity of days of work in order for a year to be taken into account in the calculation of the seniority premium:
- Enter this quantity in the Value field.
- Save your entries.
