To calculate the payment of the seniority premium it is necessary to know how many years the employee must have worked in the company to be entitled to receive this payment.

The standard system establishes a minimum seniority of 15 years for the employee to be able to receive a payment for seniority premium.

If you wish to use a minimum seniority of 15 years to determine the right to receive the seniority premium in your company, you must not execute any activity.

If you wish to use a different minimum seniority for this payment:

  1. Enter this quantity in the Value field.
  2. Save your entries.
