In this Customizing activity, you can determine whether an employee is temporarily laid-off used in the Singapore MOM New Monthly Labour Market Survey(RPCLMSR0_01) report.

This feature makes a decision based on the following fields in the HR-SG: For features used in Labour Survey Query (PMSG2) structure:

  • MASSN - Action Type
  • MASSG - Reason for Action
  • STAT2 - Employment Status

The return value of the feature can be ‘X’ or blank. The return value ‘X’ means the employee is temporarily laid-off.

The value is assigned as follows:
