In this Customizing activity, you can determine employees placed on short workweek used in the Singapore MOM New Monthly Labour Market Survey(RPCLMSR0_01) report.

This feature makes a decision based on the following fields in the HR-SG: For features used in Labour Survey Query (PMSG2) structure:

  • SCHKZ - Work Schedule Rule
  • EMPCT - Employment percentage
  • TEILK - Indicator Part-Time Employee

The return value of the feature can be ‘X’ or blank. The return value ‘X’ means the employee is placed on short workweek.

The value is assigned as follows:
