PAY_NLMS008 - Determine Premise Type

In this Customizing activity, you can determine the premise type used in the Singapore MOM New Monthly Labour Market Survey(RPCLMSR0_01) report.

This feature makes a decision based on the following fields in the HR-SG: For features used in Labour Survey Query (PMSG2) structure:

• BUKRS - Company Value

• WERKS - Personnel Area

• BTRTL - Personnel Subarea

• PERSG - Employee Group

• PERSK - Employee Subgroup

• ABKRS - Payroll Area

• ANSVH - Work Contract

• JUPER - Legal Person

• KOSTL - Cost Center

• GSBER - Business Area

• ORGEH - Organizational Unit

• PLANS – Position

• STELL – Job

• VDSK1 - Organizational Key

• MASSN - Action Type

• MASSG - Reason for Action

• STAT2 - Employment Status

• SCHKZ - Work Schedule Rule

• EMPCT - Employment percentage

• TEILK - Indicator Part-Time Employee

• ICTYP - Type of identification (IC type)

• TRFAR - Pay Scale Type

• TRFGB - Pay Scale Area

• TRFGR - Pay Scale Group

• TRFST - Pay Scale Level

In this feature, you can set the following return values:

• 1 – Headquarters (HQ)

• 2 – Branch

• 3 – Client’s Premise

• 4 – Mobile

• 5 – Working from home

• 6 – Stationed overseas

&Feature refers to the return value.

For example, for the decision field BUKRS, when the decision field value is SG01, the return value of feature 25PRE is 1.
