In this Customizing activity, you can determine the employee group used in the Singapore MOM New Monthly Labour Market Survey(RPCLMSR0_01) report.
This feature makes a decision based on the following fields in the HR-SG: For features used in Labour Survey Query (PMSG2) structure:
- BUKRS - Company Value
- WERKS - Personnel Area
- BTRTL - Personnel Subarea
- PERSG - Employee Group
- PERSK - Employee Subgroup
- ABKRS - Payroll Area
- ANSVH - Work Contract
- JUPER - Legal Person
- KOSTL - Cost Center
- GSBER - Business Area
- ORGEH - Organizational Unit
- PLANS – Position
- STELL – Job
- VDSK1 - Organizational Key
- MASSN - Action Type
- MASSG - Reason for Action
- STAT2 - Employment Status
- SCHKZ - Work Schedule Rule
- EMPCT - Employment percentage
- TEILK - Indicator Part-Time Employee
- ICTYP - Type of identification (IC type)
- TRFAR - Pay Scale Type
- TRFGB - Pay Scale Area
- TRFGR - Pay Scale Group
- TRFST - Pay Scale Level
In this feature, you can set the following return values:
- 1 – Rank-and-File Employee
- 2 – Junior Management Employee
- 3 – Senior Management Employee
&Feature refers to the return value.

RA &25EGP=1
RC &25EGP =2
* &25 EGP =3
For example, for the decision field PERSK, when the decision field value is RA, the return value of feature 25EGP is 1.
