In this Customizing activity, you can determine the highest education attained used in the Singapore MOM New Monthly Labour Market Survey(RPCLMSR0_01) report.

This feature makes a decision based on the following fields in the HR-SG: For features used in Labour Survey Query (PMSG2) structure:

  • SLART - Educational establishment
  • AUSBI - Education/training
  • SLABS – Certificate
  • SLTP1 - Branch of study
  • SLTP2 - Branch of study

In this feature, you can set the following return values:

  • 0 – No Formal Qualification/Pre-Primary/Lower Primary
  • 1 – Primary
  • 2 – Lower Secondary
  • 3 – Secondary
  • 4 – Post Secondary (Non-Tertiary); General & Vocational
  • 5 – Polytechnic Diploma
  • 6 - Professional Qualification and Other Diploma
  • 7 - Bachelor's or Equivalent
  • 8 - Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate (Excluding Master's and Doctorate)
  • 9 - Master's and Doctorate or Equivalent

&Feature refers to the return value.

* &25HEA =2

For example, for the decision field SLART, when the decision field value is 01, the return value of feature 25HEA is 0.
