This IMG step enables you to maintain feature Determination of Hire and Fire for Add. Terms of Employment ( NLAHF). In this feature, you define whether a change of legal person or a change of status should be handled as fire and hire situation for the regulations or not.

Customize the feature

• In case of change of legal person within your group of companies, it is most probably that it is not wanted that payments for the regulations like holiday pay are payed out immediately.

• When leaving the company, it is however desired that payment occurs immediatly.
