PAY_NL_B2A_LA_328 - Assign Action and Reason to Ending Contract

In this Customizing activity, you specify if and how to assign Actions and Reasons for Ending an Income Relationship in the wage return.

You have created a new action (or you use an existing one) in Customizing for Personnel Management under Personnel Administration → Customizing Procedures → Actions → Create reasons for personnel actions.

You have checked that both a code (set via the action/reason) and a date reason for ending an income relationship (set via e.g. Determine Income Relationship (NLINK) feature) are aligned with each other.

They will be checked in the payroll function Read additional Pension Return Data (NLPR0).

You first determine which actions / reasons can be used to fill the Reason for End of Income Relationship Code field. Complete the following steps for each action you want to apply to specify the end of an income relationship:

1. Check the following value in the view Events:
   
   Combination = 02
   Combination Text = End of Income Relationship
2. In the view Assign Events to Pers. Actions and Reasons f. Pers. Actions, combination 02, create rules for your personnel action NP(in the following, find a sample name for the personnel action):
