This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Payroll Norway (PY-NO) component. You can use this BAdI to implement your own logic to prepare employment-related data for Electronic Dialogue with Employer (EDAG) reporting using the following BAdI methods:

  • GET_OCCUP_CODE
You can use this BAdI method to set an employees occupation code according to your requirements.
  • GET_WEEKLY_HOURS
You can use this BAdI method to determine the number of hours per week that a full time position equates to.
For earners of hourly wages, you can set up determination rules in the Weekly Working Hours for Hourly Wage Earners, that is, in the Weekly working hours for hourly wage earners (20WRH) feature. This feature uses the following formula to calculate weekly hours: DIVGV * 100 * 12 / 52 / BSGRD
If this formula does not meet your requirements, you can implement your own logic in this method to determine the number of weekly hours to which a full time position equates for hourly wage earners.
  • GET_VESSELS
If you need to report maritime employment, you must use this BAdI method to report the required data. You must implement your own logic to provide the following data:
BEGDA The intervals that you specify using the BEGDA and ENDDA fields,
ENDDA must be mutually exclusive (non-overlapping)
SHIP_REGISTER Values specified in code list type 27 (Skipsregister) in the Display Basic Code Lists Customizing activity
VESSEL_TYPE Values specified in code list type 28 (Skipstype) in the Display Basic Code Lists Customizing activity
TRADE_AREA Values specified in code list type 28 (Fartsomraade) in the Display Basic Code Lists Customizing activity
