In this Customizing activity, you maintain the characteristics for EMSEA and SOLA. For example, you maintain security classification and family/ non family indicator for EMSEA

  • Select New Entries.
  • Select the Duty Station for which you want to maintain the EMSEA/ SOLA chatacteristics.
  • Select the validity period.
  • In the PY-NPO Time dep. info section,
  • Maintain the security level classification code.
  • System displays whether the duty station is family or non family duty station. You also have the option to overide this value.
  • Maintain whether the duty station is eligible for EMSEA/ SOLA.
  • Select the APA duty station.
  • Save your entries.
