PAY_NPO_EVE1_5 - Integrate EVE with the Master Data

In this Customizing activity you maintain the details to intergrate EVE with the master data.

Here, you can maintain whether a particular infotype/ subtype is relevant for an employee based on a particular entitlement eligibility. While you create this particular infotype/ subtype for any employee, the system reads this Customizable table to assess the eligibility for the entitlements that are mapped to this infotype/ subtype. For example, you create NPO Mobility and Hardship Allowance (0960) infotype record for employee A. In this table you have assigned this infotype to Mobility, Hardship and Non- removal allowances. The system, hence checks whether A is eligible for these entitlements.

This enables you to check whether it is actually required to maintain certain master data details for a particular employee. For example, if the employee is not eligible for a particular allowance, you can set the system in such a way that the administrator gets an information/ warning or error message, as per your settings, at the time of creating the relevant master data record.
