In this Customizing activity, maintain the rate of Mission Subsistence allowance for a duty station. The system multiplies this rate with the number of SOLA days for an employee to acheive the SOLA amount.

If this is not maintained, the system reads the rate maintained for Duty Station Daily Subsistence Allowance (DDSA). System multiplies 75% of this rate with the number of SOLA days to arrive at SOLA amount.

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Select the Duty Station for which you want to maintain the DMSA rate.
  3. Select the employee subgroup grouping for collective agreement provisions
  4. Enter the validity period.
  5. Enter the DMSA rate in the Duty Station MSA rate field.
  6. Select the corresponding currency.
  7. Save your entries.
