In this Customizing activity, you define whether the annual leave rate should be recalculated when there are multiple annual leave absence records, or the annual leave spans multiple pay periods, or there are WPBP splits.

For this, you can set the value of the One rate for leave payout (LVONE) constant to one of the following:

  • 0 - If you want the system to calculate the applicable rate for leave payout for each pay period, for each WPBP split and for each absence record separately
Note: This is the default setting.
  • 1 - If you want the system to calculate the leave payout for the entire duration of the IT2001 absence record at the same rate that is determined for the first pay period of the absence.
  • 2 - If you want the system to calculate the leave payout for the continuous period of the absence at the rate applicable at the start of the first absence, even if the leave period spans multiple absence records, pay periods and other absence types.

Note: If the value of this constant is set to 1 or 2, then the absence cannot commence on a non-working day.

Note: Prior to the introduction of the V_T511K constant LVONE, the behavior described for LVONE = 1 was controlled via THE V_T77S0 constant of the same name. The use of the V_T77S0 constant is now discontinued.
