In this Customizing activity, you assign the appropriate values of the processing class 80 to the wage types relevant to advance leave payment processing during payroll calculation.

Determine Applicable Infotypes

  • If a wage typs shall be registered in the Recurring Payments/Deductions (0014) infotype, you assign the value 6 to the wage type.
  • If a wage type can be used in the Additional Payments (0015) infotype for payment, or the Employee Remuneration Info (2010) infotype for overtime compensation, you assign the value 2 to the wage type.
  • Determine Eligible Payments during Leave

You assign the value 3 of the processing class 80 to the corresponding wage types. As a result, during the off-cycle payroll run, the system accumulates the amount of these wage types to the valuation base for leave payments.

Determine Deductions from Leave Payment

  • If a deduction is made regardless of the leave days, you assign the value 4 of the processing class 80 to the corresponding wage type.
  • If the deduction amount should be prorated based on the number of leave days, you assign the value 5 of the processing class 80 to the corresponding wage type.

You have added the wage types for the deductions to the wage type group ADDE.

Exception:
Wage types that have already had the cumulation class 10 checked.
