PAY_OM_PA003 - Define Additional Document Types for Dependents

In this Customizing activity, you can you maintain the various types of documents that you specify in the Family Member/Dependents (0021) infotype.

• Passport

• Residence Card

• Visa

• Driving License

Note that the entries pertaining to documents you have maintained here should first be customized in the Types of Identification (V_T5R05) table.

• Choose New entries

• Choose from the drop down list to select the type of identification. This is assigned depending on the nationality and residence status of the employee.

• Enter the description

• Save your entries

SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up   General Data in Customer Master
