Determine Calculation Details for Leave Provision

Feature OMVPR

Use

You use the feature's return value to determine the calculation base of leave provision in your company. The return value specifies the absence quota type that is subject to leave provision calculation and indicates the quota used as the calculation base.

Procedure

You use the following parameters in the structure PME04 as the decision factor to determine the applicable employees of a certain return value:

BUKRS,,Company Code

WERKS,,Personnel Area

BTRTL,,Personnel Subarea

PERSG,,Employee Group

PERSK,,Employee Subgroup

MASSN,,Action Type

MASSG,,Reason for Action

MOLGA,,Country Grouping
