PAY_OM_SI_003 - Maintain Fund Exemption Reasons

This setting is made for PASI (Public Authority for Social Insurance) contributions.

In this Customizing activity, you maintain exemption reasons for employees that do not contribute to PASI (Public Authority for Social Insurance) funds for country Oman.

Employees who are not Oman or GCC nationals are not required to make PASI (Public Authority for Social Insurance) fund contributions. It is for these employees that exemption reasons are required.

You maintain the list of valid exemption reasons in the PASI Exemption Reasons (V_T7OM01) table. These exemption reasons are then available for selection in the Social Insurance Qatar (3301) infotype.

If the Statutory Contribution checkbox is not selected for an employee in the Social Insurance Oman(3372) infotype, it is mandatory to record an exemption reason.
