PAY_PH_13M_017 - Maintain Function Exit for 13th Month Calculation

This step lets you customize how 13th month and nth month payments are calculated by the 13th Month Pay program.

To customize the calculations, you assign values to certain SAP-defined parameters by creating your own calculation formulas. The values you assign will override the SAP values used by the 13th Month Pay program.

You can enter your own rounding formula in function EXIT_RPCAWSX0_004.

This step is optional, and only requires configuration if you want to change the way in which the system calculates 13th month and nth month payments.

If you decide to customize 13th and nth month calculations, you must ensure that all customer includes in the SAP enhancement components are created with all the required parameters.

You can apply the enhancements using transaction CMOD.

1. Create a new project for the SAP enhancement.
2. In the project you created, define SAP enhancement object XAWS0001.
3. Edit SAP enhancement components:

• EXIT_RPCAWSX0_001 (Refer to function module documentation)

Create include ZXAWSU01.

Create include ZXAWSU02.

Create include ZXAWSU04.
