In this customizing activity, you define the multiplication factor for rounding the percentage of reduction of gross remuneration. You achieve this by changing the Multiplication Factor for Rounding of Reduction of Remuneration (RRFMR) payroll constant.
SAP delivers the standard value 1.
Change the value according to your organization needs. SAP suggests the following values: 1, 10, 100, 10000, 100000.
