PAY_PTPS_SOCBAL01 - Define Multiple Legal Relationships for an Employee Subgroup

In this Customizing activity, you define more than one legal relationship for an employee subgroup.

1. Enter HCM Localization 19.
2. Create a new entry in the Define HR Attribute Groups folder:

• In the HR Attribute field, select CL_LEGAL_RELAT.

• In the Customizable Value of HR Attribute field, enter the numeric value that corresponds to the contract type you want from the Contract Elements (0016) infotype.

• Save your entry.

1. Select the entry you have just created and double-click the Define HR Attribute Values folder.
2. Create a new entry in the Define HR Attribute Values folder:

• In the HR Attribute field, select AT_LEGREL_SOCBAL.

• Determine the validity of your entry.

• In the Customizable Value of HR Attribute field, enter one of the Social Balance legal relationship values from the table below:

13	Contrato trabalho na Função Pública (CTFP) dev.termo res.ind
14	Comissão de serviço no âmbito do regime de mobilidade (LVCR)
15	Comissão de serviço no âmbito da Lei do Trabalho
16	Comissão técnica (CT) no âmbito da Lei do Trabalho
