PAY_PT_SGL13 - Define IRCT applicability

In this customizing activity, you change the characteristic IRCT applicability (PTIRC) to fill in the IRCT applicability field, in frame II - Workers of Attachement A of the Unique Report program (RPCUNRP0).
By default, the system identifies the IRCT applicability depending on the personnel area, personnel subarea and "Colective Regulation Instrument" code.
