PAY_QA_EOS003 - Determine Entitled EOS Payment Every Service Year

In this Customizing activity, you use the feature Determine Entitled EOS Payment (QAEPD) to define several employee groups, and assign a integral as the return value (for example n) to each group. This number results in this number of days' salary entitled to an applicable employee in every complete service year. This activity enables you to entitle different amount of end-of-service for every service year to different employees.

By doing so, when the employees retire, their end-of-service (EOS) payment is calculated as follows:

EOS Payment = daily salary rate x n x number of service years
