PAY_QA_LOAN_003 - BAdI: Enhancement on Loan Eligibility Checking

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Payroll Qatar (PY-QA) component. You can use this BAdI to define additional checking rules for a loan grouping.

The BAdI is called when a user creates records in the Loans (0045) infotype using a loan type in the specified loan grouping. To determine the eligibility, the system evaluates the checking rules defined in the Customizing activity Control Allocation of Loans, and these additional criteria in the BAdI implementation.

The BAdI method CHECK is available. It imports data from the following infotypes:

• Organizational Assignment (0001)

• Personal Data (0002)

• Basic Pay (0008)

You can use the data above as parameters to set up additional criteria that suit the requirements in your company.

• You have set up the general eligibility criteria in Customizing for Payroll Qatar, under Benefits -> Eligibility Check -> Define Common Eligibility Checking Rules.

• You have set up the eligibility criteria for loans in Customizing for Payroll Qatar, under Loans -> Master Data -> Control Loans Allocation.
