In the Customizing activity, you can define allowed airport destinations and fares for employees and their dependents. You can also use this activity to customize the Determine Value for Group in Home Airport Table (QA) (QAAPD) feature. This feature determines the value that applies to the Group field in the Home Airport (QA) (T7QA11) table. The value is used to determine the leave passage allowance when an employee takes leave.

  1. Select the Define Home Airport activity.
  2. Change the existing home airport entries or create new entries
  3. Select the Determine Group for Home Airport Destinations activity.
  4. Change the value determination rule as per your requirements and activate your changes.
