PAY_QA_V_T7QA16 - Define Absence Distribution

In this Customizing activity, you can distribute the valuation for absent days by defining up to three absence valuation rules. When the maximum number of days you set for the first valuation rule is exceeded, the system automatically applies the following valuation rule to the payroll calculation.

• You have defined the absence refinement groups in Create Rule Group for Absence Refinement.

• You have defined the absence refinement rules in Define Rules for Refining Absences.

• You have mapped the absence valuation groups and valuation rules in Create Counting Classes for Absence Valuation.

We provide the following rule groups for absence refinement:

• 650OH - for leaves due to occupational hazard

• 650SICK - for other sick leaves

1. Create a new entry in the table.
2. Enter the relevant rule group, absence refinement rule, and attendance or absence type.
3. Assign valuation rules and their corresponding absence limits.
