PAY_RU_DT_007 - Define Territorial and Harmful Work Conditions
General Material Data Addresses (Business Address Services)This documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this Customizing activity, you create or modify Russia-specific data only on territorial and harmful work conditions. You assign this data to an employee before running the first payroll run that starts in the middle of the year.
You have transferred legacy data to the T558B table in the Legacy Data Transfer Customizing activity.
- Create new entries or change the existing values that are related to territorial and harmful work conditions.
- Alternatively you can mass upload your data. To do this prepare in advance an input text file. Enter the necessary data in columns separated by Tabs button space. When the file is ready, perform the Additional Legacy Data Transfer Customizing activity, and choose RUSTA together with a path to the created text file.
Note: Ensure that the values of the Start Date (BEGDA) and End Date (ENDDA) fields belong to the same payroll period. If the values in the Personnel Number (PERNR)and Sequential Number (SEQNR) fields are the same, and the periods that relate to these fields overlap within one payroll period, the system creates a separate row for each entry.
