In this IMG activity, you define absence codes for absences. You also specify the legal limit of absence duration for each absence code.
- Select New Entries.
- Enter the Absence Code.
- Enter a description for the Absence Code.
- Specify the legal limit for the absence code in the Cal. days field.
- Save your entries.
