PAY_SE_AB_306 - Map Old Abs. Type to New Abs. Type and Assign Absence Code

In this IMG activity, you map an existing Absence Type to a new Absence Type, along with the Absence Code which pertains to these Absences. .

Absence adjustments as per legal limits report (RPLABSS0) creates a record with the new Absence Type in Absences infotype (2001) when the legal limit for the existing Absence Type has been reached .

Select New Entries.
Select an existing absence type in the Old Ab/Ty field.
Select the new absence type to which you want to map an existing absence type in the New Ab/Ty field.
Assign the absence code in the Absence Code field.
Save your entries.
