In this step, you can maintain the date types relevant to Alecta reporting.

The following are the date types relevant to Alecta reporting:

  • SA ,, (25% Absence)
  • SB ,, (50% Absence)
  • SC ,, (75% Absence)
  • SD ,, (Long term parental leave)
  • SE ,, (Leave of absence)
  • SF ,, (Retired with pension)

In this step, you can maintain your own date types instead of the above date types with their corresponding meaning.

For Example, you can maintain the following date types :

  • C1 ,, (25% Absence)
  • C2 ,, (50% Absence)
  • C3 ,, (75% Absence)
  • C4 ,, (Long term parental leave)
  • C5 ,, (Leave of absence)
  • C6 ,, (Retired with pension)

If you maintain your own date types for Alecta reporting as above, then Sweden functionality based customizing entries feature (SFUNC) must also be configured with these entries in the same order.
