PAY_SG_CSN_004 - Define Declarations of Casino Visits and Casino Pass Purchase

In this Customizing activity, you define when a declaration of casino visits is to be made by the employee and when notification is to be sent to HR and the responsible manager. The Declaration of Casino Visits or Casino Pass Purchase (RPCDECR0) report uses the information to create the declaration and determine when to notify HR or the responsible manager.

To define the details of casino visit declaration, specify the following:

• Officer Group

• The allowed number of casino visits is managed as per officer group

• Infotype

• Select the Declaration of Casino Visits(3375) infotype. The system uses the data in the infotype to determine if and how many declarations have been made

• Lower Limit of Visit Numbers

• A declaration is made when the number of visits exceeds this lower limit.

• Notification

• When the declaration is to be made

• When and in which situation a notification is to be sent to HR and the manager

• PDF Options

• The form layout that the system uses to generate the declaration.
