PAY_SG_ESOW_001 - Define Plans for Employee Share Ownership Schemes

In this IMG activity, you create and maintain Share Ownership Plans under which a company grants stocks to the employees.

You can maintain scheme details such as:

• Vesting Period

• Moratorium Period

• Number of Stocks

• Scheme validity period

Note

You must maintain entries in chronological order of the periods.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter the name and description of the Share Ownership Plans available in your company.
3. Enter a validity period for the plan.
4. Save your entries
