In this IMG activity, you specify the limits for the Government Paid Maternity Leave (GPML) benefit used by the employee. The limits that you can set are:

• Maximum number of days of GPML

The maximum number of days of GPML in the standard system is 84 days, which is as specified by the government.

• Minimum number of days of employment

The minimum number of days of employment within the company is 180 days in the standard system. This is as per government specifications.
