PAY_SG_NMAP_004 - Specify Number of GPML Deduction Days for Employment Act

In this Customizing activity, you define the number of days that are deducted from the government-paid maternity leaves (GPML) when an employee fulfills the eligibility for Employment Act.

When the power user uses the Generate Absence Quotas (RPTQTA00) report to generate quota for GPML leaves, the system checks employees' eligibility for Employment Act and makes the deduction automatically.

• You have defined the relevant checking rules for eligibility for Employment Act in the Customizing activity Define Eligibility Checking Rules for Quota Generation.

• You have assigned the eligibility checking rules to BAdI implementations based on the BAdI definition TIM25_TQTA_RULE_CHECK. For more information, see BAdI: Modify Absence Quota Generation.
