PAY_SG_NRS01_009 - Specify Work Schedule for NRS Claim Calculation

In this Customizing activity, you specify the work schedule that the system uses to calculate Singapore National Reserve Service (NRS) claims. You do this with the Specify Work Schedule for NRS Claim Calculation (25WKS) feature.

Based on the specified work schedule, the Singapore National Reserve Service Report for MINDEF (RPCNRSR0_01) report determines the number of work days that are affected by the employee's national service and calculates the corresponding salary amount to claim from NRS.

You specify the feature return value based on the fields in the Structure for Feature 25WKS Decision Fields (PMWKS) structure.

Specify one of the following as the feature return value:

• 1: Normal Work Schedule
  This is the default value of the feature. The system determines the employee's work schedule based on the working hours. As long as the number of working hours is greater than 0, the day is regarded as a full working day.

• 2: Half-Day Work Schedule
  The system determines the work schedule based on the employee's work schedule rule. If the work schedule rule defines a day as half day working, the system treats this day as a half work day instead of a full day.
