PAY_SG_ONSE_001 - Define HR Attribute Sub-Applications

In this Customizing activity, you create HR attribute sub-applications for employee online selection in Employee Self-Service (ESS). You use the employee online selection to survey your employees so their opinions and ideas can be collected.

The sub-application groups the HR attributes that represent attribute classes, statements, questions and answers for the employee online selection.

SAP has delivered a standard sub-application (PDPA) for data privacy online selection. We recommend you do NOT make changes.

Save your own sub-application in the Inactive (changeable) status if you plan to define the HR attributes of this sub-application. When you have defined all HR attributes in the Customizing activity: Define HR Attributes for Sub-Applications, save the sub-application in the Activated (frozen) status. By doing so, the sub-application and its HR attributes cannot be modified anymore. This protects the data from unwanted changes.
