PAY_SG_PDPA_006 - Define Destruction Rules

In this Customizing activity, you define destruction rules for employee data by assigning destruction conditions to the rules. The destruction rules are the component of destruction policies which determine if the relevant employee data can be destroyed.

You have created destruction rules and destruction conditions in Customizing for Payroll: Singapore under Personnel Administration -> Data Privacy:

• -> Create Destruction Conditions

• -> Create Destruction Rules

You can assign more than one destruction condition to one destruction rule. To do so, after the first destruction condition is assigned, create a new table entry to assign the next destruction condition. The Destruction of Employee Data for Personal Data Privacy (Singapore) (HSGPPDP0) report deletes the relevant employee data, if the employee meets ALL destruction conditions belonging to a destruction rule.
