PAY_SG_PDPA_008 - Define Destruction Policies

In this Customizing activity, you define destruction policies for employee data by assigning destruction rules to the destruction policies. The Destruction of Employee Data for Personal Data Privacy (Singapore) (HSGPPDP0) report uses the destruction policies to determine if the relevant employee data can be destroyed.

• You have defined the destruction rules in Customizing for Payroll: Singapore under Personnel Administration -> Data Privacy-> Define Destruction Rules.

• You have created destruction policies in Customizing for Payroll: Singapore under Personnel Administration -> Data Privacy -> Create Destruction Policies.

You assign more than one destruction rule to a destruction policy. To do so, after the first destruction rule is assigned, create a new table entry to assign the next destruction rule.
