PAY_SG_PDPA_013 - Determine Deletion of Infotype Change Logs

In this Customizing activity, you specify if the employees' infotype change logs are deleted during data destruction. You specify this with the Decision to Delete Infotype Change Log in PDPA Report (25PAL) feature.

The Destruction of Employee Data for Personal Data Privacy (Singapore) (HSGPPDP0) report reads the return value of the feature to determine whether to delete the selected employees' infotype change logs.

You can specify the following values for the feature:

• X
  The system deletes the infotype change log.

• Any other value
  The system keeps the infotype change log.
