PAY_SG_PDPA_015 - Define Destruction Control Parameters in Batch Mode

In this Customizing activity, you can define the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) control parameters. The Destruction of Employee Data for Personal Data Privacy (Singapore) (HSGPPDP0) report uses those parameters to run the batch job processing of destroying employee data.

In the standard release, the system provides the following three control parameters:

• BATCH

Batch enablement switch. You use this parameter to switch on or off the background processing function in the report HSGPPDP0.

• BTLIM,,

Maximum personnel number in one batch job variant. You use this parameter to control the maximum number of records that you can include into one batch job variant in the report HSGPPDP0.

• OLLIM,,

Upper limit of personnel number in online mode. You use this parameter to control the upper limit of records you can delete in a time in the report HSGPPDP0 in online mode.
