PAY_SG_TAX1 - Maintain Capping Amount for Benefits In Kind

In this IMG activity, you maintain the capping amount for each Benefit In Kind (BIK). During payroll run, Singapore Income Tax IR8A (New Report) (RPCT8AR0_01) reads the capping amount you maintain here. If the actual benefit is:

• Less than the capping amount, the BIK value is exempted from tax.

• Greater than the capping amount, the entire BIK value is taxed.

1. Select New Entries.
2. Enter the relevant BIK wage type in the Wage Type field.
3. Enter the corresponding capping amount in the Amountfield.
4. Enter the validity period.
5. Save your entries.
