PAY_UAE_5F99P2 - Define Offense Structure

In this Customizing activity, you define offense categories, offense types, and offenses and relate them to one another.

For example, you can create an offense category called Attendance, and offense type called Lateness, and an offense called Late by 30 Minutes.

Once you have done this, you complete the Define Offense Cycle and Points subactivity. In this subactivity, you specify whether the Offenses that you defined in the preceding three subactivities earn the employee a sanction point(s) or an 'occurence'.

• If you specify that an offense earns a point, you must also specify the number of points earned and when they expire.

• If you specify that an offense earns an occurrence, you must also specify when the occurrence expires.
