PAY_UAE_OHAXAL01 - Bases

In this section, you make settings in order to determine an employee's remuneration percentage.

The settings affect:

• the calculation of partial period factors;

• the identification of the wage types to be reduced.

Generally, you only need reduction regulations for wage types that remain at the same level over a long period of time, that is, wage types entered in the Basic Pay infotype (0008), or the Recurring Payments/Deductions infotype (0014).
